ADULT DAY PROGRAM — DAYTIME SENIOR CARE

Program Days: Monday through Friday — 7:30 am to 5:30 pm

Safe, Supervised, Professional Care

• Personal Care Assistant
• Meals, Activities and Entertainment

Personal Services Offered:

• Toileting reminders and assistance
• Dignified ‘accident’ care
• Medication reminders and assistance
• Mobility assistance
• Fall risk accompaniment
• Walker and wheelchair transfers

Individual Care Plan

• Showers 
• Oral Hygiene
• Grooming

Optional:

On site Professional Salon services: 

• Hair cuts, Hair washing & styling, nail care
• Transportation arrangements
